Ongoing support roles can take a variety of forms though tend to fall into these categories:
1. Temporary support role either short-term retainer for say 3-6 months or contracted delivery of a project.
2. Longer-term retained support; typically 12 months or more.
3. Non-executive director role. Providing hands-on support at Board level. Note this is not a turn up and sound off role - it requires gaining a detailed understanding of the business and providing real value to the Directors and Shareholders.
